Our New Registered Managers – 28th September 2016
Congratulations to our new Registered Manager’s. Rebecca and Julie have worked for Care Relief Team for a combined total of 19 years and have today successfully completed the Care Quality Commission’s rigorous Registered Manager application process.
The Care Quality Commission regulates our service and they regularly inspect us to ensure we meet regulations and legislation around care and support. Every care company that provides personal care must be registered with the Care Quality Commission and must have a Registered Manager. Because Care Relief Team is a large company and covering a big geographical area we decided that two Registered Managers’ was essential. Rebecca and Julie’s new title and status does not mean there will be any changes to our team, structure or management, both have been working as though they are registered managers for the last two years. However Owner and Director Jane maintained overall responsibility as the Registered Manager during that time. Jane will now step down from that role and hand over the reins to Julie and Rebecca. Jane will still continue to be involved in Care Relief Team though.
The Directors, myself and our team are very proud of Julie and Rebecca, we wish them every success and look forward to them leading our company’s operations.
